Modified milk powder composition with effect of stabilizing blood glucose and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a modified milk powder composition with an effect of stabilizing blood glucose. The modified milk powder composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of a dairy product, 0.2-5 parts of sugar substitutes, 0.5-40 pats of dietary fibers, 1-35 parts of protein powder, 0.02-5 parts of cereal powder, 0.05-0.5 part of soya bean lecithin powder, 2-20 parts of L-arabinose, 0.01-3 parts of minerals, 0.0001-0.4 part of vitamin and 0.01-10 parts of other auxiliary materials; the dairy product can be completely or partially replaced by fresh milk of which the weight is 10 times that of the dairy product. The modified milk powder composition with the effect of stabilizing blood glucose is a healthy food which is free from saccharose, rich in nutrition, favorable in taste and convenient to carry. The modified milk powder composition is brewed with warm water, and achieves the efficacies of improving balance of intestinal tracts, stabilizing blood glucose and the like if being frequently eaten, thereby being quite applicable to diets of the crowds paying attention to blood glucose and diabetes patients.
