Method for preparing dairy products by using superhigh pressure

The invention discloses a method for preparing dairy products by using superhigh pressure. The method comprises the following step: (1) sterilization and separation treatment are carried out for raw milk, in order to obtain a sterilized product; (2) homogenizing treatment is carried out for the sterilized product, in order to obtain a homogeneous product; (3) first superhigh pressure sterilization treatment is carried out for the homogeneous product; and (4) second superhigh pressure sterilization treatment is carried out for the homogeneous product after the first superhigh pressure sterilization treatment, in order to obtain a dairy product. The dairy product can be used for better preserving nutrition and local flavor in the raw milk, and the shelf-life reaches 120 days.
