Liquid dairy product and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a liquid dairy product and a preparation method thereof. The liquid dairy product comprises, by weight, 80 to 98 parts of milk, 1.7 to 10 parts of water-soluble dietary fibers, 0.1 to 5 parts of oligopeptide and 0.1 to 0.3 parts of a stabilizer. The liquid dairy product has at least one of the advantages of nutrient richness, excellent taste and strong stability.
