Fuente: WIPO "dairy products" PURPOSE: Provided are Lactic acid bacteria specially inhibiting the growth of Helicobacter pylori, their use and fermented dairy products containing them, thereby preventing and treating gastritis, stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer, etc with minimizing side effects caused by treating antibiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus gasseri MK-03(KCTC 18067P) specifically inhibits the growth of Helicobacter pylori by its antibiotic activity and Lactobacillus acidophilus MK-03(KCTC 18066P) specifically inhibits the growth of Helicobacter pylori by inhibiting the activity of urease. Further, Bifidobacterium lactis Bb-12 inhibits the growth of Helicobacter pylori by inhibiting fixability of Helicobacter pylori. The fermented dairy products for the inhibition of the growth of Helicobacter pylori contain Lactobacillus gasseri MK-03(KCTC 18067P), Lactobacillus acidophilus MK-03(KCTC 18066P) and Bifidobacterium lactis Bb-12, or their culture products.© KIPO 2003
