The invention relates to the technical field of dairy products, in particular to goat milk powder added with cereals and a preparation method of the goat milk powder. The goat milk powder is a functional goat milk product, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: saponin in phaseolus calcaratus and pearl barley and lactone in semen coicis are released to be fully combined with molecular structures of goat milk, and at the same time oat powder is added, so that the content of dietary fiber is improved, and the intestinal absorption is promoted; after spray drying under low temperature, powdery goat milk is obtained and wrapped with vacuum individual packages filled with nitrogen, the nutritive value of cereals is fully reserved, and the goat milk powder can be stored for 18-24 months at room temperature. The goat milk powder added with cereals comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of fresh goat milk, 30-40 parts of demineralized whey powder, 8-12 parts of whey protein concentrate, 0.1-0.5 part of galactooligosaccharide, 5-10 parts of phaseolus calcaratus, 3-8 parts of pearl barley, 3-8 parts of oat, 0.03-0.05 part of L-ca greatrnitine, 0.1-0.5 part of multi-vitamins and 0.2-0.5 part of multi-minerals. The goat milk powder is prepared by adopting the preparation method.
