The invention relates to a cyclic utilization method of wastewater in casein phosphoeptide production, comprising the following steps of: a, precipitating protein in wastewater from the casein phosphoeptide production; b, filtering wastewater by the use of an ultrafilter membrane; c, absorbing by active carbon and carrying out chromatography by ion exchange resin; and d, allowing intercepted water obtained from the step b to enter the step a for cycling treatment. With wastewater from the casein phosphoeptide production process used as a raw material and by the adoption of combined processes of inflation aggregation, centrifugal precipitation, membrane filtration, active carbon adsorption and ion exchange resin chromatography, industrial organic wastewater is used as a resource for comprehensive utilization, thus recycling water resources, fully recovering proteins in wastewater from production and realizing conversion from resource advantage to economic advantage. The technology provided by the invention is easy to control and stable, has a simple operation process, has good water treatment effects and high efficiency, and requires low equipment investment and operation cost. The method provided by the invention is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, had has good additional economic benefit. Its water treatment technology has a good application prospect in processing of wastewater from production of dairy product, casein and its highly processed products.
