Noodles according to the present invention are made
from a raw material composition comprising wheat flour and
a milk protein-containing raw material.

A milk protein
content of the milk protein-containing raw material is not
less than 80% by mass on a solid content basis, and at least
60% by mass of the milk protein is micellar casein.
