A enhanced nutritious milk comprising fresh milk as carrier, Zn, Fe, VA and VD as enhancer, and with addn. of proper sugar, is prepd. by mixing, cleaning the milk, homogenizing and disinfecting at high temp. instantaneously. It contains various amino acids, minerals and trace elements such as Fe, Zn, VA and VD; which are necessary to human body and has the obvious effects of increasing absorption ratio and utilizing rate of calcium, phosphorus and other nutritional substances, promoting children growth, protecting and increasing the vision, preventing diseases caused by deficiency of VD such as rickets, osteoporosis, denutrition and irondeficiency anemia. The product keeping the fresh milk's taste and colour, can be drunk in hot or cold and is suitable for old- and youth-aged people, esp. for students, and can be taken for a long time without side-effect.
