The liquor steamer comprises a liquor retort, a ground pot is arranged at the bottom of the liquor retort, the top of the liquor retort is communicated with a liquor steam pipe, a cooler is arranged at the end, away from the liquor retort, of the liquor steam pipe, the liquor steam pipe is sleeved with a breather pipe, and an air inlet is formed in the end, away from the liquor retort, of the breather pipe; a heat preservation interlayer is arranged on the wall body of the wine retort, an exhaust hole is formed in the bottom of the heat preservation interlayer, and the exhaust hole is communicated with an exhaust fan; a bent pipe is arranged at the communication part of the wine steam pipe and the wine retort; and the breather pipe is communicated with the heat preservation interlayer through the bent pipe. After the scheme is improved based on the prior art, waste heat in air for cooling wine steam is recycled, meanwhile, the wine retort is subjected to heat preservation, loss of heat in the wine retort is avoided, the heat in the wine retort is more uniform, fermented grains close to the top and the side wall of the wine retort can be subjected to high-temperature distillation, distillation is more thorough, and the wine quality is improved. Especially in autumn and winter when the environment temperature is reduced, the distillation process can be accelerated.
