The invention discloses a tortoise and deer cake and a preparation method thereof. The tortoise and deer cake comprises the following components: 250 to 350 parts of tortoise glue, 60 to 100 parts of deer skin glue, 5 to 9 parts of ginseng, 50 to 90 parts of wolfberry fruit, 250 to 350 parts of black sesame, 140 to 200 parts of walnut kernel, 70 to 130 parts of red date, 25 to 35 parts of mulberry, 85 to 115 parts of rock sugar, 110 to 150 parts of edible gelatin and 300 to 360 parts of yellow wine. Compared with existing tortoise and deer cream, the tortoise and deer cream disclosed by the invention adopts tortoise glue and deer skin glue as main raw materials, so that the efficacy and pharmacological action of the tortoise and deer cream are adjusted and improved. The tortoise glue has the effects of nourishing yin, enriching blood and stopping bleeding; and the deer skin gelatin has a promotion effect on specialization of human lymphoblasts, has a stronger effect than that of coliform lipopolysaccharide, can promote increase of the amount of red blood cells, white blood cells and blood platelets in blood, and can promote absorption of calcium and retention in the body, so that the content of calcium in the blood is increased. The combination of the tortoise glue and the deer skin glue can effectively improve the blood replenishing effect of the tortoise-deer cake.
