Tea wine and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses tea wine and a preparation method thereof, and the tea wine comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of tea leaves, 100 parts of grains and 0.5-1 part of distiller's yeast. The preparation method of the tea wine is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1) taking cereals and tea leaves, cleaning the cereals and the tea leaves, mixing the cereals and the tea leaves, and cooking the cereals and the tea leaves for 30-50 minutes; (2) naturally cooling the cooked grains and tea leaves to room temperature, then adding distiller's yeast, controlling the temperature to be 26-28 DEG C, and fermenting for about 20-30 days; step 3) after fermentation is completed, distilling a product obtained by fermentation for 120 minutes at the temperature of 70-86 DEG C to obtain tea wine primary pulp; and step 4) aging the obtained tea wine raw stock to obtain the tea wine.
