Steaming material tiling method in wine brewing distillation process based on computer vision

The invention relates to a method for tiling a retort material in a wine brewing distillation process based on computer vision, and belongs to the technical field of computer vision, the method comprises the following steps: collecting a retort material image of a retort loading area of a retort barrel, and selecting all initial first edge points and all initial second edge points in the image; taking the point of which the continuous degree of the initial first edge point is greater than a preset continuous degree threshold value as a final first edge point, and taking the lowest gradient amplitude in the final first edge point as a high threshold value; the points with the distribution discreteness larger than a preset distribution discreteness threshold value serve as final second edge points, and the lowest gradient amplitude in the final second edge points serves as a low threshold value; determining a final first edge region and a final second edge region by using the obtained high threshold value and low threshold value; according to the invention, the final first edge area and the final second edge area are tiled and adjusted by using different forces, so that the problem that the quality of wine is influenced as the steaming area is tiled by using the same force is avoided.
