The spreading and airing system comprises a collecting mechanism, a spreading and airing mechanism and a stacking mechanism which are arranged in sequence, the collecting mechanism is used for collecting the fermented grains conveyed out from the wine retorts and conveying the collected fermented grains to the spreading and airing mechanism; the spreading and airing mechanism comprises multiple sections of spreading and airing units, and the spreading and airing units are used for scattering and cooling fermented grains and conveying vinasse to the stacking mechanism; the upward pushing mechanism is used for stacking the spread and aired fermented grains. The spreading and airing device can automatically spread and air fermented grains, improves the spreading and airing efficiency of the fermented grains, and can also automatically stack and ferment spread and aired white spirit at the same time.
