Based on composition difference characteristics of 38 volatile substances in sorghum, the PLS-DA discrimination model constructed by a PLS-DA analysis method can accurately and scientifically discriminate the sorghum variety, so that the discrimination of the Maotai-flavor high-quality wine-making sorghum, especially the Hongzi sorghum variety is further realized, and the method has the advantages of high-quality wine-making sorghum variety, high-quality wine-making sorghum variety, high-quality wine-making sorghum variety and high-quality wine-making sorghum variety.
