The solid-state white spirit vinasse cooling system comprises a split type solid-state distilled spirit retort and a condenser communicated with the distilled spirit retort through a sealed condensation pipeline, and the side edge of the lower portion of the condenser is connected with a cooler through a sealed pipeline. The bottom of the cooler is connected with the side edge of the lower portion of the temporary storage tank through a sealing pipeline, the top of the temporary storage tank is in sealing connection with the water circulation vacuum pump, and the other end of the water circulation vacuum pump is connected with the water supplementing tank. According to the invention, the vinasse is cooled without being discharged from the wine retort for the first time in the industry, and the problem of steam diffusion of the vinasse in the retort discharging and conveying processes is ensured. The problem of steam pollution caused by a traditional vinasse cooling mode is solved, meanwhile, the vinasse serves as the matching vinasse to participate in next-row fermentation wine making, and no negative influence is caused on the wine yield and the wine quality.
