According to the brewing method of the grain wine fermented by seven grains, the solid state fermentation process of simultaneous cooking, simultaneous fermentation and simultaneous distillation is adopted, the production process of the grain wine is simplified, the pea meal is added to improve aroma and improve the fermentation effect of Xiaoqu, and the mung bean flour can reduce the damage of drinking to gastric mucosa.
