Rice wine and brewing method thereof

The invention discloses rice wine, which belongs to the technical field of wine manufacturing and is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of red fragrant rice, 200-250 parts of water, 0.8-1.2 parts of distiller's yeast, 2 parts of Chinese chestnut flowers, 2 parts of Chinese ilex flowers and 30 parts of tail wine with the alcohol mass concentration of 20%. The rice wine is brewed from pure grains, and can enhance blood circulation and improve body metabolism ability after being properly drunk.
