The invention relates to the field of health wine processing, in particular to a health wine processing method. The invention aims to provide the health-preserving wine processing method, and the health-preserving wine with cistanche can be rapidly prepared at home of a person. The purpose of the invention is realized through the following technical scheme: the processing method of the health-preserving wine comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing a proper amount of cistanche deserticola to prepare for processing so as to prepare the health-preserving wine; step 2, cleaning the weighed cistanche deserticola; step 3, putting a proper amount of the weighed cistanche into a material pressing part; 4, the cistanche located in the material pressing component is ground into powder or sliced through a reciprocating mechanism; step 5, pouring the cistanche which is ground into powder or sliced into a container; and 6, the surface of the container is subjected to uniform constant-temperature heating through a heating component.
