The invention discloses a process method for laser marking of a high-contrast two-dimensional code on the surface of an aluminum alloy, and the process method comprises the following steps: S1, an aluminum plate needs to be cleaned with wine, and then is subjected to ultrasonic vibration cleaning for 20 minutes for use; s2, selecting an MOPA structure fiber laser as a laser, and selecting a field lens with the size of 140 * 140 mm; and S3, the aluminum plate needing to be marked is flatly placed on the marking platform, the focal length of the field lens is adjusted by adjusting the laser light path bearing support to move up and down, and it is ensured that the defocusing amount of a marking experiment does not exceed +/-0.1 mm. According to the method, the MOPA structure nanosecond pulse fiber laser with adjustable pulse width and high peak power is utilized, the high-contrast two-dimensional code can be obtained at low pulse width by adjusting parameters, the surface roughness is low, the appearance is exquisite and attractive, and laser precision marking of the high-contrast two-dimensional code on the aluminum alloy surface is achieved.
