The taxus chinensis tender leaves and the raw liquorice are boiled and soaked together, toxins in the taxus chinensis tender leaves are discharged, the taxus chinensis tender leaves are taken out, dried and smashed, follow-up extraction of paclitaxel in the taxus chinensis tender leaves is facilitated, ethyl acetate-acetone is adopted as an extraction agent, the extraction purity of paclitaxel is greatly improved, and the extraction efficiency of paclitaxel is improved. The waste of the taxus chinensis tender leaf raw material is avoided.
