The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of alcoholic drinks, and particularly relates to a process for brewing white spirit by taking tender taxus chinensis leaves as raw materials. Taxus chinensis tender leaves are used as a raw material, and the multi-grain aroma taxus chinensis wine is prepared through the steps of cleaning, boiling and soaking, drying, smashing, two times of extraction, three times of water washing, fermentation and wine brewing, filtering and the like. The taxus chinensis tender leaves and the raw liquorice are boiled and soaked together, toxins in the taxus chinensis tender leaves are discharged, the taxus chinensis tender leaves are taken out, dried and smashed, follow-up extraction of paclitaxel in the taxus chinensis tender leaves is facilitated, ethyl acetate-acetone is adopted as an extraction agent, the extraction purity of paclitaxel is greatly improved, and the extraction efficiency of paclitaxel is improved. The waste of the taxus chinensis tender leaf raw material is avoided.
