The invention relates to the technical field of wine detection, and discloses a pretreatment method for detecting ethyl carbamate in wine, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding a certain amount of Fe3O4 functional magnetic beads into a wine sample, carrying out vortex dispersion and standing adsorption, and separating out the Fe3O4 functional magnetic beads by using a magnetic frame; (2) leaching the Fe3O4 functional magnetic beads by using normal hexane, separating by using a magnetic frame, and taking a separated solution; (3) eluting the ethyl carbamate with an ethyl acetate-diethyl ether solution to obtain an eluent; and (4) introducing a proper amount of nitrogen into the eluent, and fixing the volume with methanol to obtain a to-be-detected solution. According to the pretreatment method, an MDSPE technology is adopted, so that the extraction process is simplified, the treatment cost is low, and secondary pollution is avoided; the interference of impurities can be avoided, and the ethyl carbamate in the wine can be accurately extracted, so that the detection result is more accurate.
