The invention provides a preparation process of scorpion king wine. The scorpion king wine is prepared from 12g of fructus amomi, 15g of semen alpiniae katsumadai, 30g of rhizoma zingiberis, 15g of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 50g of fried hawthorn, 30g of massa medicata fermentata fujianensis, 10g of liquorice, 12g of half a herb, 1g of scorpion venom crystals and 50000 g of alcohol. The influence of scorpion venom impurities in the existing scorpion king wine can be effectively reduced, and the content of effective active ingredients of scorpion venom in the existing scorpion king wine is increased.
