Preparation of antibacterial and mildew-proof lime and application of antibacterial and mildew-proof lime to mildew prevention of wine jars

The invention relates to preparation of antibacterial and mildew-proof lime and application of the antibacterial and mildew-proof lime in wine jar mildew prevention, quick lime and excessive water are reacted to generate slaked lime, and the slaked lime is cooled to room temperature; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out stirring physical adsorption treatment on nano titanium dioxide and one or more of 2-butyl-1, 2-benzisothiazolinone, isothiazolinone, phenoxyethanol, phenethyl alcohol and phenoxyisopropanol, and then adding polyethylene glycol, tween-80, carbomer and the like in a certain proportion to adjust the viscosity of a system; further preparing a dispersion liquid of the nano titanium dioxide loaded mildew-proof material; and adding the dispersion liquid of the mildew-proof material into slaked lime water, and uniformly stirring at a high speed to prepare the lime with the mildew-proof function. The prepared novel mildew-proof functional slaked lime is used for brushing a yellow wine jar opening, has good killing and inhibiting effects on common mildew, and is simple and convenient in preparation process, green, environment-friendly, low in cost and suitable for industrial large-scale production.
