The invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine extract for health-care wine. The traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of fructus lycii, 10-20 parts of radix codonopsis, 15-25 parts of radix angelicae sinensis and 5-15 parts of radix ginseng. A modified compound enzyme solution is adopted as a treatment solution during decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, precipitation of effective components of traditional Chinese medicines is effectively promoted, and the content of the effective components is greatly increased; according to the present invention, the independently researched and developed macroporous resin is adopted to perform adsorption purification treatment, and the tert-butyl sulfinamide is introduced into the pore-foaming agent, such that the pore-foaming activity of the pore-foaming agent is improved, the porosity of the macroporous resin is substantially improved, the purification effect is significant, and the defects of low adsorption efficiency and general purification effect of the commercially available conventional macroporous resin are effectively solved. The sterilization filter membrane for the traditional Chinese medicine extraction process is specifically developed, the sterilization effect can be achieved, the purity of traditional Chinese medicine extracts can be improved to a certain degree, and the negative effect that the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts is affected due to bacterial colony doping in the traditional Chinese medicine extract extraction process is avoided.
