The invention discloses a preparation method of roxburgh rose fruit wine, and belongs to the technical field of fruit wine. The method mainly comprises the following steps: screening and treating fresh rosa roxburghii tratt fruits, preparing rosa roxburghii tratt juice, performing enzymolysis, adjusting components, fermenting, ageing, blending, clarifying, sterilizing and canning. The method is simple, the utilization rate of rosa roxburghii tratt is increased, and loss of nutritional ingredients is avoided; through two times of fermentation, the fruit juice is fully fermented; after fermentation, fruit juice is added into the primary rosa roxburghii tratt fruit wine for blending, so that the original fruity flavor and nutrition of rosa roxburghii tratt fruits are kept, the taste of the rosa roxburghii tratt fruit wine is improved, and the property is stable.
