The invention relates to the technical field of wine brewing, in particular to a preparation method of mulberry brandy. The preparation method of the mulberry fruit brandy comprises the following steps: (1) mulberry fruit fermentation, (2) primary distillation, (3) mulberry seed pretreatment, (4) secondary distillation, (5) mulberry root pretreatment, (6) soaking, (7) ageing and (8) degree reduction and blending. The mulberry brandy prepared through the method is simple in component, natural and safe, the finished wine is good in taste, the unique fragrance and taste of mulberry can be reserved, and the quality of the wine is stable.
