The invention relates to a preparation method and application of three compounds which are separated from wine-like cornel and have the effect of preventing and treating heart failure, effectively solves the problem of finding the compounds with novel structures from the wine-like cornel and realizes the application of the new compounds in the development of anti-heart failure drugs, and the compounds are respectively compound 1: (R)-5-((2-hydroxy-4-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoyl) methyl-2-furancarboxylic acid, and the compound 1: (R)-5-((2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoyl) methyl-2-furancarboxylic acid, and the compound 2: (R)-5-((2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoyl) methyl-2-furancarboxylic acid. The molecular formula is C11H12O8, and the unsaturation degree is 6; the compound 2 is (R)-5-((3-hydroxy-4-methylox-4-oxobutanoyl) oxy) methyl-2-furancarboxylic acid, the molecular formula of the compound 2 is C11H12O8, and the degree of unsaturation of the compound 2 is 6; the compound 3 is 5-((3-carboxylic) oxy) methane-2-furancarboxylic acid, the molecular formula of the compound 3 is C10H10O7, and the degree of unsaturation of the compound 3 is 6. According to the novel compound which is extracted from the wine-like cornel and has the anti-heart-failure activity, the preparation method is easy to operate and high in guidance quality, the product purity reaches up to 98% or above, the compound can be effectively used for preparing the anti-heart-failure medicine, the novel application and the medicinal value of the wine-like cornel are developed, and the economic and social benefits are huge.
