The invention discloses a nutritional composite seasoning soup base and a preparation method thereof. The soup base comprises the following components by weight: 4500 to 5500 grams of fresh Chinese cabbage, 900 to 1100 grams of wild fiddlehead, 1300 to 1700 grams of wild bamboo shoot, 450 to 550 grams of wild pungent litse fruit, 450 to 550 grams of rice wine, 240 to 260 grams of edible salt and 2300 to 2700 grams of purified water. The preparation method of the soup base comprises the following steps: respectively cooking fresh Chinese cabbage, wild fiddlehead and wild bamboo shoot by using purified water, naturally cooling for 3-5 hours, respectively treating, putting into a jar for pickling, then taking rice wine, edible salt and wild pungent litse fruit, adding into the jar in batches according to the proportion, uniformly stirring, sealing and pickling the jar for 25-35 days, and taking out to obtain the soup base. The obtained pickling liquor is the target product.
