When the wine is loaded into the steamer, the materials are sequentially transferred into a loading tray from bottom to top, the fermented grains are sequentially spread, and the fermented grains are distilled in a layered manner, so that treading can be prevented, the use amount of bran hulls is reduced, and the wine yield and the wine quality are further ensured; and the loading tray is conical, so that the difficulty of loading the rice steamer is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
