The invention discloses a method for preparing Sanhuang chicken from Sanhuang chicken, which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, preparing raw materials including Sanhuang chicken, soy sauce, glutinous rice wine, tea oil and various seasonings; (2) blanching the Sanhuang chicken with ginger, green onion and cooking wine for a period of time, and after blanching is completed, putting the Sanhuang chicken into ice water for cooling for a period of time; (3) soy sauce, glutinous rice wine and tea oil are added to the blanched chicken, ginger and garlic are stewed in a pot to be cooked, and the making process of the three-cup chicken is completed; and (4) packaging the processed three-cup chicken in a vacuum packaging manner, and putting a seasoning bag into a vacuum packaging bag. By adopting the structure, the Ningdu three-yellow chicken and various seasonings are processed into the prefabricated dish of the three-cup chicken. Agricultural products have more additional values, and farmers are helped to broaden sales channels. The manufacturing method is simple in operation method and high in practicability, and is suggested to be popularized and used.
