FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, and in particular to methods for making drinks with antioxidant properties. Proposed is a method for making a drink, which provides for preparing a drink and irradiating it by means of a device for irradiating the drink, and using a device for irradiating the drink with ultraviolet light in the form of a photomineralizer having a maximum UV radiation intensity range of 200-300 nm, while adding an ingredient to drinking water, selected from sea buckthorn juice, cranberry juice, formic acid, sodium formate, tartaric acid, potassium-sodium tartrate, succinic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, white wine, and mixed to obtain the corresponding drink, which is irradiated by the specified device, or the device is used for irradiating a drink with visible light in the form of an LED spotlight having white LEDs with a total power of 20 W, while an ingredient selected from formic acid, ascorbic acid, sodium formate, tartaric acid is added to the drinking water, mixed to obtain the corresponding drink ka, which is irradiated by the specified device, and irradiation is carried out for 10 minutes in such a way that the redox potential of the ORP of the drink is from -4 to -273 mV.
EFFECT: invention ensures the use of simple and inexpensive standard equipment, as well as the production of drinks with high antioxidant properties.
