METHOD FOR MAKING FORTIFIED WINE

A method provides 100-350 variety vine ripe, high-sugar grapes crushing, clearing, making juice, sadimenting, removing juice from the sadiment, placing therein a qvevri, and fermenting; then, spiriting therewith pre-made mixture of alcoholic blend of wine brandy and chacha, spirited wine-material maturation in the qvevri, and then – in a barrel.
