The longer the storage time of the liquor is, the more hydrogen bonds are formed, the respective dispersion degrees of alcohol molecular groups and water molecular groups are high, and the entropy value of the liquor system is higher. Therefore, the entropy value follows the law of the nature, and is a unique method for identifying the age of the wine, which cannot be made false.
