The invention provides a method for identifying the age of wine, which particularly discovers that confusion of alcohol molecules and water molecules is caused by respective dispersion of alcohol molecular groups and water molecular groups, and introduces an entropy value for the first time to measure the dispersion degree of the alcohol molecular groups and the water molecular groups. The longer the storage time of the liquor is, the more hydrogen bonds are formed, the respective dispersion degrees of alcohol molecular groups and water molecular groups are high, and the entropy value of the liquor system is higher. Therefore, the entropy value follows the law of the nature, and is a unique method for identifying the age of the wine, which cannot be made false.
