The invention relates to the technical field of wine brewing process detection, in particular to a method for detecting lactic acid in wine brewing leavening, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a leavening sample, and adding an extraction solvent into the leavening sample for extraction to obtain extract liquor; and (2) filtering the extract liquor, and then detecting through an ion mobility spectrometry analysis detector. The method has the advantages of being accurate in detection result, high in detection efficiency and low in detection cost.
