The invention discloses litsea coreana and sorghum wine in the technical field of tea wine. The litsea coreana and sorghum wine is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40 to 80g of sorghum, 40 to 160ml of litsea coreana extract liquid, 0.21 to 0.25 g of sweet distiller's yeast and 0.65 to 0.75 g of white granulated sugar. According to the scheme, the tea wine brewed from the nutrition-rich litsea coreana and the sorghum can achieve good coordination and health-care effects, aroma and nutrient substances are increased, a special process of the tea wine enables various active functional components rich in the tea leaves to be dissolved into a tea wine body, tea water is mild, wine water is strong, and the tea wine has the health-care effect. The tea wine developed on the basis of the tea and the wine has both the warm property of the tea and the hot property of the wine.
