Litchi wine, preparation method and packaging bottle thereof

The invention discloses lychee wine, a preparation method and a packaging bottle thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting fresh and mature lychee, peeling and denucleating the lychee, and crushing to obtain lychee pulp; mixing the litchi pulp with the syrup to obtain a litchi mixed solution; performing sterilization and enzymolysis treatment on the litchi mixed solution to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate; yeast is added for main fermentation, and main fermentation liquor is obtained; filtering the main fermentation liquor to obtain litchi raw wine; mixing the litchi raw wine with the blueberry raw wine and the plum raw wine, performing post-fermentation, and performing liquid-residue separation on the fermentation liquid obtained by the post-fermentation to obtain the litchi wine; storing the lychee wine, and then fining and filtering the obtained product to obtain filtrate which is fermented lychee wine; and 5-12 parts of litchi raw wine, 1-2 parts of blueberry raw wine and 2-4 parts of plum raw wine. The bottle comprises a bottle body, a sealing bag and a top cover. The taste of the existing lychee wine is remarkably improved.
