The invention discloses liqueur for relieving alcoholic brain injury and a preparation method of the liqueur. The liqueur is mainly prepared by adding an elm branch and leaf extract, a coreopsis tinctoria extract and a peach gum extract or a composition of the elm branch and leaf extract, the coreopsis tinctoria extract, the peach gum extract, an oyster extract, a kudzu vine root extract, a ginseng extract, a poria cocos extract and a hovenia dulcis thunb extract into a wine body. The liqueur not only can meet objective requirements of drinking, but also has the efficacy of relieving chronic and acute alcoholic brain injury, and plays a leading role in safe and healthy development of the wine industry.
