The spraying mode is improved, the wine yield is increased, and the wine style is improved; original staged spreading is changed into continuous spraying type spreading, and the materials are uniformly sprayed to the surfaces of the raw materials during vibration sieve feeding, so that saccharification is more uniform and more thorough, and the liquor yield is improved by more than 5%. The utilization rate of starch and beta-glucan is increased, the wine yield is increased, and the wine body quality is improved.
