The invention discloses a fermented glutinous rice bread formula which comprises the following components: 45%-48% of bread flour, 16%-19% of fermented glutinous rice seeds, 8%-11% of eggs, 8%-10% of shredded coconut stuffing, 3%-6% of honey, 1%-2% of salt, 0.4%-0.7% of fresh yeast and the balance of milk. The formula and the processing technology have the beneficial effects that the rice wine has the effects of nourishing blood and activating blood, enriching yin and nourishing kidney and dredging meridians and collaterals, and has the effects of helping digestion, tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, relaxing muscles and stimulating blood circulation, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness and the like; the prepared fermented glutinous rice bread contains vitamins, amino acids and trace elements, and can promote blood circulation and promote mammary gland development; for people who are afraid of cold, extravasated blood and obstructed collaterals, a very good body conditioning effect can be achieved by properly drinking the rice wine.
