The invention provides flavored milk wine and a blending method thereof. The flavored milk wine comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15%-20% of edible alcohol, 10%-20% of white granulated sugar, 3%-5% of whole milk powder, 3%-5% of anhydrous cream, 1%-3% of plant powder, 1.5%-2.5% of pregelatinized starch, 0.2%-0.6% of a compound emulsion stabilizer, 0.05%-0.15% of sodium citrate and the balance of purified water. The flavored milk wine is mellow in taste and soft and strong in milk fragrance and wine fragrance, the blending method is easy to operate, protein is stably dispersed in an alcoholic solution, and a high-fat alcoholic beverage product can well maintain a stable and uniform emulsification system when the fat content is 5.0%. Wide market application prospects are realized.
