The invention discloses a corn wine-making wastewater treatment system and process. The system comprises a wastewater regulating tank, a primary coagulation tank, a primary plate and frame dehydration system, an intermediate water tank, a UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket), an anaerobic tank, an aerobic tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a secondary coagulation tank and a secondary plate and frame dehydration system. The process comprises the following steps: introducing the wine brewing sewage into an adjusting tank to homogenize the water quality; then the wastewater is introduced into a first-stage coagulating basin to be treated and subjected to filter pressing, then the wastewater is introduced into a middle water pool, and the wastewater is lifted into a UASB reaction pool through a lifting pump arranged in the middle water pool to be treated; sequentially feeding the wastewater into an anaerobic tank and an aerobic tank for treatment, feeding the wastewater into a secondary sedimentation tank, and enabling the sludge to flow back into the anaerobic tank for treatment through a sludge reflux pump arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank; introducing the wastewater in the secondary sedimentation tank into a secondary coagulation tank for treatment, and then carrying out filter pressing and discharging; the content of organic matters in the wastewater is greatly reduced before biochemical treatment, so that the load of a biochemical system in the later stage is reduced, and the effluent effect is improved.
