The brewing sorghum cultivation method comprises the five steps of farmland soil preparation, mulching film laying, sowing operation, field management and harvesting. Compared with traditional brewing sorghum planting, on one hand, brewing sorghum planting time can be effectively advanced, the brewing sorghum seeding rate is reduced, the brewing sorghum germination rate is increased in an auxiliary mode, and brewing sorghum growth and development are promoted; on the other hand, the labor intensity and cost of weed cleaning operation in field management are effectively reduced, so that root system interference and nutrient loss caused by weeds to growth and development of wine sorghum crops are effectively reduced, and the yield of wine sorghum is further increased; the activity of microorganisms in the soil is promoted, and the conditions of white pollution caused by traditional film mulching operation and soil structure damage caused by excessive use of chemical fertilizer are effectively eradicated while the physiological requirements of growth of the brewing sorghum are met.
