Brewing method of three-flower health-preserving and health-care wine

The brewing method of the three-flower health-preserving and health-care wine comprises the following steps: S1, preparing grain raw materials in which the mass ratio of sorghum to rice is 1: 1; preparing auxiliary materials including chrysanthemum, safflower, honeysuckle, astragalus membranaceus, golden cypress, poria cocos, pawpaw, red dates, medlar, eucommia ulmoides, clove and semen cassiae; all the components of the auxiliary materials are dried in the sun and then ground into powder; s2, cooking the grain raw materials on a steamer, cooling to 28-32 DEG C, and then adding the yeast, S3, saccharifying, then adding the auxiliary materials, uniformly mixing, putting into a cellar, and carrying out sealed fermentation; and S4, after fermentation is completed, re-steaming to obtain the wine. The three-flower health-preserving health-care wine prepared by the three-flower health-preserving health-care wine brewing method disclosed by the invention has the effects of protecting kidney and moistening lung, appetizing and tonifying spleen, clearing liver and improving vision, refreshing and restoring consciousness, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting sleep, resisting aging and improving immunity.
