Brewing formula and processing technology of bubble rice wine

The invention relates to the technical field of wine brewing, and discloses a bubble rice wine brewing formula which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 parts of sticky rice, 1.8 parts of distiller's yeast, 800 parts of mountain spring water, 20 parts of plant petals, 80 parts of white sugar, 5 parts of white ginseng and 5 parts of red dates. The wine prepared according to the brewing formula of the bubble rice wine is appropriate in taste, has flower fragrance when being tasted, neutralizes the irritation of the wine, can tonify deficiency, benefit qi and regulate intestines and stomach by taking the white ginseng and the red dates as materials, and can be brewed under the condition of low cost by being matched with a processing technology.
