The invention discloses aronia melanocarpa fruit wine and a brewing method thereof, and belongs to the field of food engineering. The brewing method of the aronia melanocarpa fruit wine comprises the following steps: crushing part of fresh aronia melanocarpa fruits, carrying out SO2 treatment on the aronia melanocarpa fruit juice, adding saccharomyces cerevisiae for primary fermentation, carrying out CO2 impregnation on the obtained fermented aronia melanocarpa fruit juice and the remaining raw materials, squeezing fruit mash, filtering, and drying to obtain the aronia melanocarpa fruit wine. The soaked aronia melanocarpa juice is subjected to bacteriostasis and sugar degree blending, saccharomyces cerevisiae is added for secondary fermentation, aging is conducted, and the aronia melanocarpa fruit wine is obtained. The aronia melanocarpa fruit wine is high in nutritional value, rich in fragrance, soft and smooth in taste, unique in series flavor and rich in health care effect, and the brewing method of the aronia melanocarpa fruit wine overcomes the sensory defects that the aronia melanocarpa fruit wine brewed through a traditional technology is single in fragrance type, thin in fragrance and rough in tannin.
