According to the arrangement, the liquid alcohol sensor is arranged at the outlet end of the alcohol condensation assembly, so that the first wine stage, the main wine stage and the tail wine stage in the wine brewing process are distinguished. After the liquid alcohol sensor obtains the liquid density in the liquid alcohol at the outlet end, the liquid density is converted into an electric signal, then the alcohol concentrations of the first wine stage, the main wine stage and the tail wine stage in the wine making process can be sequentially obtained through a changing curve of the electric signal, and refinement of equipment is achieved.
