The height of the upper frame is adjustable by a push-and-brake device and the supporting frame. Another push-and-brake device is installed between the chair back and the footrest so that the chair back and the footrest can interact with one another. A seat and back cushion can move transversally and the back cushion can move longitudinally. An interior of the seat is hollowed so that stool can not be placed in the seat. Thereby, a multi-functional wheelchair is formed and the user has a larger space for action.
