PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that readily detects a tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) in a site where plants grow, and to provide a method that detects the tomato yellow leaf curl virus with high sensitivity in a detection method using immunochromatography performing an immune responce using an antibody with respect to a coat protein (CP) of the tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV).SOLUTION: The present invention is a tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) detection method that detects a coat protein (CP) of the tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) extracted by using an extract including surfactant in a sodium citrate buffer solution from an analyte with immunochromatography using an antibody mixture binding to the coat protein (CP) of the tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), in which the surfactant is selected from a group consisting of an ester ether type non-ion surfactant and anionic surfactant of sulfate ester salt.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
