During operation, the tomato seedling supporting and fruit arranging machine is installed at the front end of a tractor, a motor drives a chain and a chain wheel to enable a stem lifting shaft, a middle shaft and a fruit combing shaft to rotate, spiral round steel on the stem lifting shaft can continuously pull the lodging tomato seedlings upwards, and the middle shaft can drive a push rod to continuously push left and right to push the upper portions of the tomato seedlings to the two sides when rotating; a stem pushing device can perform primary separation on roots of the tomato seedlings and parts of dropped tomato fruits and push the roots and the tomato fruits to the left side and the right side of a row ridge, and the fruit combing shaft can separate all the tomato fruits left after primary separation and form secondary ridged soil; and after the tomato seedling supporting and fruit arranging machine is used, compared with the prior art, the yield of the tomato fruits in the field and the operation efficiency of seedling supporting and fruit arranging in advance can be greatly improved.
