The tomato seedling culture method comprises the following steps: (1) tomato seeds are broadcast uniformly on a seedbed in a greenhouse, the seedbed is covered with a substrate which is 1-1.2 cm thick, and then watering is performed until the water content of the substrate is 60%-70%; (2) when tomato seedlings grow to a one-leaf one-tip stage, first root cutting and seedling transplanting is performed; (3) when new roots of the one-leaf one-tip tomato seedlings grow up, a sunshade net on a greenhouse film is removed; (4) when the tomato seedlings grow to a four-leaf one-tip stage, second root cutting and seedling transplanting is performed and adopts the same method with that adopted in the first root cutting and seedling transplanting in the step (2); (5) when new roots of the four-leaf one-tip tomato seedlings grow up, the sunshade net on the greenhouse film is removed; (6) when the tomato seedlings grow into healthy and strong seedlings in a seven/eight-leaf one-tip stage, the tomato seedlings are transplanted into a field. The tomato seedling culture method solves the problems of diseases carried by the tomato seeds in production and vain growth of the tomato seedlings.
